The Hustler Pool & Snooker Club in Newcastle upon Tyne, a much loved venue with a fantastic atmosphere.
Becoming ever more popular with students and younger patron, it was essential for The Hustler to adapt and offer a modern online booking facility for their customers.
We designed a modern website reflecting the unique quirks of the club. Using video backgrounds we give users a sneak peak and some insight before booking. The main goal for this project was to design a streamline booking solution that allows users to not only book on specific a date and time, but also be able select their preferred table and add notes for their booking.
We set up automated functions for the user to receive confirmation messages, event reminders and also the ability to cancel the booking. The venue staff have the use of an intuitive booking calendar interface to manage bookings direct from their website in order for staff to manage reserved tables and also add walk in bookings.
